Wine Testing Class

"Wine Testing during class", sounds cool, rite? Yeah, we having white wine testing during the Introduction to Wine & Bar class last Friday. We all feel excited. But, one thing we feel weird because we having wine at the morning. =.= Our lecturer, Mr. Bernard said that if we having the class at night, is quite dangerous for those who are driving. That's why he held the class at the morning. He preferred to have the class at night more than morning because he said after the class can Happy Hour already. Hahaha We tested 5 types of white wine, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Riesling, Outback Jack, and Beringer. I like Riesling and Beringer the most because i think the taste is quite suitable for me. Hehehe Most of the lady like Beringer and it call "Ladies Wine" LOL I not really like the Outback Jack because it is very dry and crispy. Most of us are getting drunk because we drank so many wine. Some of the people face are getting red and red.

So excited because can try different type of white wine, it's hard to differentiate the taste because most of them are almost same taste. =.= Can't wait to test Red Wine for the upcoming class. =) But too bad we having this subject in short semester because if we take this subject during long semester, we can learn how to make Cocktail and Mock tail. =(
